Refund Policy

All items are final sale. If items arrive damaged (broken glass jars) a store credit will be issued. If items are melted due to shipping party, Xane Organix is not responsible for replacing unless plastic jar is melted or damaged as well. Please refrigerate items that have potentially melted due to shipping conditions and arrival times!
